The League is a five-week experience for riders 4-15 years of age, which includes instruction and racing, in equal measure, each session. Parents and Grandparents of riders can also participate in the League, and can do so for $40-off the youth tuition.
The Spring 2024 season, runs SATURDAYS, starting June 1, ending June 29, and will be run at Waukegan BMX. Sessions run from 3:00PM-5:30PM.
Session dates are:
Saturday, June 1 - 3:00PM-5:30PM
Saturday, June 8 - 3:00PM-5:30PM
Saturday, June 15 - 3:00PM-5:30PM
Saturday, June 22 - 3:00PM-5:30PM
Saturday, June 29 - 3:00PM-5:30PM
The Waukegan BMX League is a Beginners-Only program that takes riders gradually through the steps to becoming a BMX racer. It’s a great family atmosphere, and we often have three-generations of a family participating (adults ride for $40 off the youth tuition, with an enrolled child).
The $149 tuition includes a League jersey, personalized number plate, Loaner bike and helmet (if needed), season-end trophy and pizza party.
*IMPORTANT* Riders must be able to ride a pedal bike, without training wheels, to participate in either Open House or League activities.
